★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero respeito com cliente e zero postura profissional. Pedi claramente para que me informasse caso tivesse algum imprevisto em relação ao orcamento previamente aprovado. No momento da retirada da bike, descobri que teria que pagar quase o dobro do valor acordado. Escrevi então educamente para o dono, falando que esta não era primeira vez que isso acontecia e que não concordava com tal política e que a partir de então, não e executasse mão de obra alguma ou troca de peça alguma sem a minha autorização prévia. O dono então ao invés de assumir que estava errado, não, me preferiu me falar que os clientes dele pagam muito mais caro e não reclamam e que não era para eu voltar mais lá.
Não volto e não indico para mais ninguém.
Zero respect for the customer and zero professional attitude. I clearly asked you to let me know if you had any unforeseen issues in relation to the previously approved budget. When the bike was picked up, I found out that I would have to pay almost double the agreed amount. I then politely wrote to the owner, saying that this was not the first time that this had happened and that I did not agree with such a policy and that from then on, I would not perform any labor or exchange any part without my prior authorization. The owner then, instead of assuming it was wrong, no, he preferred to tell me that his customers pay much more and don't complain and that I wasn't supposed to go back there anymore.
I don't go back and I don't recommend it to anyone else.

Já tinha ouvido falar muito bem deste lugar, por serem “especialistas em suspensão” na região de campinas.
Resolvi então levar minha bike la pra revisar o garfo e fazer mais alguns ajustes. Foi cobrado bem caro para o serviço mas estava de acordo, esperando um ótimo serviço. Porém quando peguei a bicicleta pra andar, o garfo parou de funcionar em 5 minutos e as “regulagens de câmbio” não funcionaram em momento algum, pois as marchas logo começaram a pular.
Quando questionei sobre o serviço eles disseram que não havia garantia e depois deixaram de responder.
Bad experience.
I had heard about this place very well, because they are “suspension specialists” in the region of Campinas.
So I decided to take my bike over there to check the fork and make some more adjustments. It was charged very expensive for the service but was in agreement, expecting a great service. However, when I took the bike to walk, the fork stopped working in 5 minutes and the "exchange settings" did not work at any time, as the gears soon started to jump.
When I asked about the service they said there was no guarantee and then they stopped responding.
