Em Setembro de 2011 as sócias, Daniela e Mariana Gorski, abriram as portas da Confeitaria para o público com seus doces, bolos e sobremesas preparados artesanalmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confeitaria Dama dispensa apresentações, uma das melhores docerias de SP. Conheço as unidades de Pinheiros, JK Iguatemi e a do Iguatemi SP. Dessa vez sim peguei um dos produtos que é o seu ponto forte, a éclair. A éclair, junto com o mil folhas e as tortinhas são os melhores doces da marca. Dessa vez fui de éclair de brigadeiro acompanhado de um espresso puro....que combinação na boca, uma perfeita harmonização. A loja é pequena, mas tem um belo espaço no corredor do shopping, onde há mesas, cadeiras e sofá. Nos períodos vespertinos, a clarabóia permite a luminosidade natural.....aliás não sei se ela foi reformada pelo shopping ou se durante as obras a própria confeitaria fez a reforma dela. Só sei que está bem mais bonita agora. Custo da experiência de sabores foi de R$19,00. A éclair se não me engano era R$12,50, não é grande mas vale cada garfada.
Confeitaria Dama needs no introduction, one of the best candy shops in SP. I know the units of Pinheiros, JK Iguatemi and Iguatemi SP. This time yes I took one of the products that is its strong point, the éclair. The eclair, along with the thousand leaves and tartlets are the best sweets of the brand. This time I went from a brigadeiro éclair accompanied by a pure espresso .... what a combination in the mouth, a perfect harmonization. The store is small but has a nice space in the mall corridor where there are tables, chairs and sofa. In the afternoon, the skylight allows the natural light ..... in fact I do not know if it was renovated by the mall or if during the works the confectionery itself reformed it. I just know you're much prettier now. Cost of the taste experience was $ 19. The eclair if I'm not mistaken was $ 12.50, not big but worth every bite.

Não forneceram guardanapos, minha esposa teve que fazer 2 vez o pedido, torta de palmito queimada e seca, salada sem sabor algum só jogaram a alface no prato. E para fechar o desrespeito, quando chegou a conta a atendente não me mostrou a nota e disse que era R$ 110, eu pedi para ver a nota e o valor era R$ 95 com os serviços ia para R$ 104,50, agora porque cobrar R$ 110, é o serviço do serviço?
Total desrespeito com o consumidor, evitem o local.
Poor service for the price paid. No napkins were provided, my wife had to order twice, heart of palm pie, burnt and dry, salad without any flavor, they just threw the lettuce on the plate. And to close the disrespect, when the bill arrived, the attendant did not show me the bill and said it was BRL 110, I asked to see the bill and the value was BRL 95 with the services it went to BRL 104.50, now why charge R$ 110, is the service service?
Total disrespect to the consumer, avoid the place.

Atendimento no geral muito demorado e isso acaba atrapalhando a experiência. Você só é atendido se estiver na mesa (pelo menos foi assim comigo quando tentei ser atendida na loja). As atendentes, apesar de simpáticas, estavam muito atrapalhadas. Acho que deveriam incluir mais uma pessoa no staff ou organizar melhor a dinâmica de atendimento. Demoram muito tempo para atender e é difícil até conseguir atenção para pedir a conta.
The sweets were very good. The coffee and cappuccino were ok (there are many other better options).
Service in general is very time-consuming and this ends up hindering the experience. You only get service if you're at the table (at least that's how it was with me when I tried to get service at the store). The attendants, despite being friendly, were very confused. I think they should include one more person on the staff or better organize the service dynamics. They take a long time to answer and it's difficult to even get attention to ask for the bill.

Reasonably priced, excellent service. I would definitely recommend this place.
