★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É por sua conta e risco contratar essa empresa de mudanças. Ore para que não aconteça nenhum sinistro, porque se acontecer eles vão se esquivar de todas as formas para reparar danos. Foi o que aconteceu conosco. Desorganização e má fé no trato com o cliente. Não recomendo.
It is at your own risk to hire this moving company. Pray that no accidents will happen, because if they do they will dodge anyway to repair damage. This is what happened to us. Disorganization and bad faith in dealing with the customer. I do not recommend.

When the change arrived, everything was in perfect condition, they were punctual in terms of delivery and with a quick response to any queries. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa e péssimo serviço prestado. Contratei mudança interestadual e chegaram mesa tampo de vidro quebrado e aparador espelhado quebrado. Minha mudança chegou em Agosto/20, somente em novembro o tempo da mesa foi resolvido, após muita insistência minha com a empresa, várias ligações e muito transtorno. Já estamos em Janeiro/21 e a empresa ainda não resolveu o reparo do meu aparador espelhado. Ligo para a empresa a fim de resolver a situação mas é sempre postergado. Nunca entraram em contato comigo para resolução do problema, sempre eu que preciso ligar e insistir. Até hoje não resolveram meu problema e nao demonstram nenhum interesse em resolver. Zero respeito ao cliente, zero compromisso e zero confiança. Não recomendo a ninguém. Pessimos.
Bad company and bad service. I hired interstate moving and a broken glass top table and a broken mirrored sideboard arrived. My move arrived in August / 20, only in November the table time was resolved, after much insistence from me with the company, several calls and a lot of inconvenience. We are already in January / 21 and the company has not yet resolved the repair of my mirrored sideboard. I call the company to resolve the situation but it is always postponed. They never contacted me to solve the problem, whenever I need to call and insist. To date, they haven't solved my problem and show no interest in solving it. Zero respect for the customer, zero commitment and zero trust. I don't recommend it to anyone. We are sorry.
