Remarcaram para o dia seguinte com chegada pontualimente às 8:00, o que não ocorreu. Cancelamos o serviço, face a falta de compromisso da empresa. Definitivamente, não recomendo.
I hired the service, and on moving day they didn't show up. They claimed that there was a mechanical problem with the truck. They rescheduled for the following day, arriving promptly at 8:00, which did not happen. We canceled the service due to the company's lack of commitment. Definitely not recommend.

Once and never again, practically all the furniture suffered some kind of breakdown, apart from other problems that it is better not to mention! Stay away from this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O contato inicial foi ótimo, o orçamento era um bom custo benefício. Infelizmente a mudança foi desorganizada. A mudança foi prevista pra ocorrer em 2 dias. No primeiro dia faltaram caixas e o serviço de embalagem terminou mais cedo (por volta de 15 horas). No segundo dia não conseguiram finalizar a tempo e as caixas ficaram soltas nas garagens de ambos os prédios. Pra completar, uma caixa com os eletrodomésticos sumiu nesse processo e, ao ser avisada, a empresa apenas solicitou as imagens dos dois prédios. Como não conseguimos fornecer, não fomos ressarcidos.
The initial contact was great, the budget was good value for money. Unfortunately the move was disorganized. The change was expected to occur in 2 days. On the first day, there were no boxes and the packing service ended early (around 3 pm). On the second day they couldn't finish in time and the boxes were left loose in the garages of both buildings. To top it off, a box with the appliances disappeared in this process and, when notified, the company only requested the images of the two buildings. As we were unable to provide, we were not reimbursed.
