★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constrói os famosos prédios "bonitinhos mas ordinários", com unidades cheias de problemas: piso levantando, tinta da mais barata impossível, elétrica que deixa a desejar, janelas que não se encaixam direito, louças que se soltam com o tempo.... verdadeiro caos!!! E a garantia pós-venda é péssima, afinal são milhares de pessoas reclamando e não conseguem dar vazão ao volume de problemas que eles mesmos criam!!! O inferno!!!!
 Build the famous "cute but ordinary" buildings, with units full of problems: floor rising, paint from the cheapest impossible, electric that leaves something to be desired, windows that don't fit properly, crockery that comes loose over time .... true chaos!!! And the after sales guarantee is terrible, after all there are thousands of people complaining and can not give vent to the volume of problems that they create !!! The hell!!!!
