★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom por ser perto do centro, mas não tem vagas de carro pra todos os apartamentos, não deve vir com janela na lavanderia, nem piso na sala e corredor. Pra receber as chaves a Cury cobra uma taxa de ligação de geralmente 3% do valor do imóvel. A região ainda é meio abandonada, muitos comércios de autopeças e bares antigos. O viaduto em frente com vários caminhões de mudança parados abaixo deixa a região feia/deserta. O bom que estará perto do Mercado Municipal, Eskimó e do Extra(Fechado por enquanto). Pra quem vai pra Niterói, tem ônibus do outro lado da avenida, pro Rio não passa ônibus naquela parte. Quem vem de Niterói já descerá na porta do prédio. Avenida e viadutos extremamente barulhentos, quem pegar virado pra ambos sofrerá com muitos ruídos. Os melhores comércios ficam na parte interna do Ponto Cem Réis. Antigamente era uma área muito perigosa, hoje em dia creio que está menos pior. Do lado oposto do viaduto abriu uma Oggi Sorvetes. O Don Atacadista fica relativamente perto. Do lado do condomínio existe um posto de gasolina bem precário, sem bandeira que funciona 24h. Próximo ao condomínio existem várias áreas carentes, a região precisa de uma revitalização.
Good for being close to the center, but there are no parking spaces for all apartments, it should not come with a window in the laundry room, nor floor in the living room and hallway. To receive the keys, Cury charges a connection fee of generally 3% of the value of the property. The region is still half abandoned, many auto parts shops and old bars. The viaduct in front with several moving trucks parked below makes the region ugly/deserted. The good thing is that it will be close to the Municipal Market, Eskimó and Extra (Closed for now). For those who go to Niterói, there are buses on the other side of the avenue, for Rio there are no buses in that part. Those coming from Niterói will get off at the door of the building. Extremely noisy avenue and viaducts, whoever takes it facing both will suffer from a lot of noise. The best shops are located inside the Ponto Cem Réis. It used to be a very dangerous area, nowadays I think it's less worse. On the opposite side of the viaduct, an Oggi Sorvetes opened. Don Atacadista is relatively close. On the side of the condominium there is a very precarious gas station, without a flag that works 24 hours. Next to the condominium there are several deprived areas, the region needs a revitalization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O empreendimento promete ser um excelente custo-benefício. Reconheço o comprometimento em superar os prazos e, estou impressionada com a evolução da obra. Só espero que o LEGO esteja sendo montando rápido e COM SEGURANÇA. E, principalmente, que os moradores tenham consciência e respeitem as regras de intervenções para reformas! Com relação ao entorno, NÃO estou vendo as melhorias prometidas. E até agora não entendi como vão enfiar uma ciclovia na Alameda. Esse terreno da antiga Abolição seria um ótimo centro comercial com aquelas lojas menores estilo Americana express, Hortifruti Leve, Farmácias e Lanchonetes. Sobre o projeto, finalmente um apto compacto e barato na região, mas querido(a) arquiteto(a) da CURY, não prever estacionamento para motos em um local com trânsito caótico é um erro descomunal de planejamento e contentamento do cliente. Quanto a não ter vaga para todo mundo, viver em grandes centros urbanos requer esse sacrifício. Só que no caso de uma cidade que cobra um IPTU ABSURDO e não tem transporte de massa, pesa e muito na decisão de compra. Estamos de olho.
The project promises to be excellent value for money. I recognize the commitment to exceed the deadlines and I am impressed with the evolution of the work. I just hope LEGO is being assembled quickly and SAFELY. And, above all, that the residents are aware of and respect the rules of interventions for renovations! Regarding the surroundings, I am NOT seeing the promised improvements. And I still don't understand how they're going to put a bike lane on Alameda. This old Abolition land would be a great shopping center with those smaller Americana express style stores, Hortifruti Leve, Pharmacies and Cafeterias. About the project, finally a compact and cheap apartment in the region, but dear architect of CURY, not providing parking for motorcycles in a place with chaotic traffic is a huge mistake in planning and customer satisfaction. As for not having room for everyone, living in large urban centers requires this sacrifice. But in the case of a city that charges an ABSURD IPTU and does not have mass transport, it weighs a lot on the purchase decision. We're watching.
