Quando fui pegar (pois achei caro demais o conserto) ele veio cheio de cola extremamente dificil de se retirar e com um risco grotesco na tela original ! Falta de zelo e empatia quando fiz a reclamação via telefone.
Lousy! I took my cell phone for a quote, to find out what the defect was. When I went to get it (because I thought the repair was too expensive) it came full of glue extremely difficult to remove and with a grotesque scratch on the original screen! Lack of zeal and empathy when I made the complaint via phone.
