★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu notebook novo da Samsung, com uma presilha da tela que havia quebrado, nisso me cobraram 60 reais só pra recolocar no lugar, eu na necessidade, poi trabalho com o notebook, decidi pagar, nao fui em outro lugar. Na data da retirada, levei sem testar, uma vez que levei ele funcionando, e nao teria NENHUM motivo para testa-lo. Chegando em casa, para minha surpresa, o notebook não funcionava!!! NEM com reza. Liguei para o telefone da assistência, e eles já tiraram a responsabilidade deles, dizendo que nao fizeram nada alem de arrumarem a presilha. Falaram que iam resolver, achei bom, levei. Para minha surpresa, me cobraram ainda R$ 200,00.
E nao duvidem, o notebook ainda veio com problemas!!!! Sem funcionar o som.
Reinstalaram o Windows, trocaram o HD, perdi tudo que tinha. Fotos do casamento, da viagem de lua de mel, entre outros documentos... E ainda veio com defeitos!!!
Necessário atenção, responsabilidade. Coisa que eles nao tem.
I took my new Samsung notebook, with a clip on the screen that had broken, that charged me 60 reais just to put it back in place, I in need, because I work with the notebook, I decided to pay, I didn't go anywhere else. On the withdrawal date, I took it without testing, since I took it working, and I would have NO reason to test it. Arriving home, to my surprise, the notebook did not work !!! NOT with prayer. I called the assistance phone, and they already took their responsibility, saying that they did nothing but fix the clip. They said they were going to solve it, I thought it was good, I took it. To my surprise, I was charged R $ 200.00.
And do not doubt, the notebook still came with problems !!!! Sound does not work.
They reinstalled Windows, changed the HD, lost everything I had. Photos of the wedding, the honeymoon trip, among other documents ... And it still came with defects !!!
Attention needed, responsibility. Something they don't have.
