★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. A internet fica caindo todo instante. Péssimo atendimento. Técnicos ignorantes. Falta de informação e uma falta de respeito e responsabilidade com o cliente. Fiquei apenas 10 dias com eles e passei 5 dias sem internet, fiz reclamação e simplesmente diziam que iam mandar os técnicos mas nem vinham e nem davam satisfação. Fui cancelar, a recepcionista super grossa, rasgar os boletos e responde com ignorância. Pior experiência.
Poor experience. The internet keeps falling all the time. Terrible attendance. Ignorant technicians. Lack of information and a lack of respect and responsibility towards the customer. I was only 10 days with them and spent 5 days without internet, complained and simply said they would send the technicians but neither came nor gave satisfaction. I went to cancel, the super thick receptionist, tear up the slips and responds with ignorance. Worst experience.

As demais dão Fake de conexão, os caras da connect tem link e entregam conexão de Excelente qualidade com ping baixo, além de dedicada (100 Down /100 Up). Galerinha que tá reclamando abaixo é só comprar um roteador decente e pagar instalação de fibra ótica. :D Agora quer pagar 40 conto de internet, com instalação grátis e falar com a NASA.
The internet is the best in Areias, who doesn't understand is who says it's bad! The others give connection fake, the guys from connect have a link and deliver an excellent quality connection with low ping, in addition to dedicated (100 Down / 100 Up). Guys who are complaining below just buy a decent router and pay for fiber optic installation. : D Now you want to pay 40 internet short stories, with free installation and talk to NASA.
