Detalhe: eu havia mostrado os dados a serem recuperados, explicado que só não havia feito backup e reinstalado eu mesmo porque não tinha como remover o HD e ligar a outro computador.
Very unprofessional, even incompetent. I left a notebook for windows backup and reinstallation. Result: Formatted before without even checking the data.
Detail: I had shown the data to be recovered, explained that I just had not backed up and reinstalled myself because I had no way to remove the hard drive and connect to another computer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei meu HD para um SSD com eles e desde então o PC fica avisando que a chave do windows vai expirar. Já contatei-os uma vez por Whatsapp e aparentemente haviam concertado o problema, agora eu perdi o Whats deles e o problema voltou.
Por favor, gostaria de uma solução duradoura o quanto antes pois não consigo trabalhar com ele assim (só enquando escrevia esse texto tive que fechar 5 vezes o aviso).

I swapped my HD to an SSD with them and since then the PC keeps telling me that the windows key is going to expire. I already contacted them once by Whatsapp and apparently they had fixed the problem, now I lost their Whats and the problem came back.
Please, I would like a lasting solution as soon as possible because I can't work with it like that (only when writing this text I had to close the notice 5 times).
