★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, vendedor completamente mal intencionado e despreparado, fui pessoalmente ver um carro que vi através do site, simplesmente não me apresentaram o carro, para fazer um test drive o vendedor foi muito grosseiro falando qual seria a forma de pagamento e que faria o teste drive apenas mediante a proposta antes, como posso concluir uma proposta se o vendedor não se propôs a me apresentar o carro ?! Total ABSURDO, atendimento lixo, não recomendo e não indico a ninguém!
Terrible service, completely malicious and unprepared seller, I went personally to see a car I saw through the website, they simply didn't show me the car, to test drive the seller was very rude saying what would be the payment method and who would do the test drive only upon the proposal before, how can I complete a proposal if the seller didn't propose to show me the car?! Total ABSURDO, rubbish service, I do not recommend and do not recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, entrei em contato com a Empresa Ideal Veículos atrás do OLX, então conversei com o vendedor Wanderson que me orientou certinho como seria feito a venda, pois moro em outro estado. Então fechamos negócio no valor e depois mandei um sinal pra segurar o veículos, comprei a passagem e fui muito bem atendido na loja e tudo foi repassado pra não ficar sombras de dúvidas. Como não sou de Campinas ele ficou de me enviar o restante dos documentos pelo correio, onde o msmo na chegou e estou terminando a transferência! Parabéns pela venda e pós venda, pq como o veículo foi um importado, então ficou algumas dúvidas onde foi esclarecida a distância no pos venda pelo vendedor Wanderson. Show de bola na venda do início ao fim! Super indico e recomendo

As I'm not from Campinas, he decided to send me the rest of the documents by mail, where the same didn't arrive and I'm finishing the transfer! Congratulations on the sale and after-sales, because the vehicle was an imported one, so there were some doubts where it was clarified at a distance in the after-sales by the seller Wanderson. Comprei um veículo que me disseram estar em perfeitas condições. Rodei aproximadamente 80KM e o veículo me deixou na mão, sem força pra andar, fora um barulho constante nas rodas.
Acionei a loja e a posição inicial do gerente era de que "isso acontece, quem compra carro usado deve fazer uma revisão". Tive de providenciar guincho para levar o veículo para reparo, pois a loja não o fez.
Devolveram o veículo dias depois com o reparo efetuado na questão de injeção, trocando velas, cabos e bobina. O que acredito ser um mínimo a ser checado pela loja antes de fazer uma venda.
O barulho nas rodas não foi resolvido. Novamente, o gerente da loja disse que "é assim mesmo e não dou garantia em pneu".
A última descoberta que fiz foi que removeram o filme que o carro tinha anteriormente sem cuidado, detonando o desembaçador traseiro.
Enfim: a loja não tem cuidado algum com o que vende e o pós venda é PAVOROSO. Os vendedores são simpáticos, mas quando vamos pra parte financeira, o gerente é o típico "não to nem aí".
Evitem, mas evitem com toda a força que puderem.
BAD STORE, I don't recommend it at all!
I bought a vehicle that I was told was in perfect condition. I rode approximately 80KM and the vehicle left me in my hand, with no strength to walk, apart from a constant noise on the wheels.
I started the store and the manager's initial position was that "this happens, whoever buys a used car should review it". I had to arrange a winch to take the vehicle in for repair, as the store didn't do it.
They returned the vehicle a few days later with the repair carried out on the injection issue, replacing spark plugs, cables and coil. What I believe is a minimum to be checked by the store before making a sale.
The noise on the wheels was not resolved. Again, the store manager said that "it's just like that and I don't guarantee a tire".
The last discovery I made was that they removed the film the car previously had without care, detonating the rear defogger.
Anyway: the store is not careful with what it sells and the after-sales is AWESOME. The sellers are friendly, but when it comes to finance, the manager is the typical "I don't care".
Avoid, but avoid as hard as you can.
