★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comentei a minha experiência com a Connectabil há duas semanas atras, porém, a resposta da empresa foi publicada com algumas inverdades.
1) Até hoje estou sem resposta sobre a minha contratação, a empresa simplesmente deixou de nós responder;
2) As candidatas que supostamente foram disponibilizadas não existem. Não vieram nas entrevistas, ficamos esperando;
3) Todos os comentários que eu vi feitos por empresas foram péssimos. Exatamente o problema que nós tivemos.
Em nenhum momento nos recusamos a pagar, mas o processo de reposição não foi feito, o financeiro não enviou o boleto, as atendentes não nos responderam. E o principal ponto é que até hoje estamos aguardando o desenrolar da situação para o recrutamento da nova assistente.
 I commented on my experience with Connectabil two weeks ago, however, the company's response was published with some untruths.
1) To this day I have no answer about my hiring, the company simply stopped us from responding;
2) The candidates that were supposedly made available do not exist. They didn't come to the interviews, we were waiting;
3) All the reviews I've seen from companies have been awful. Exactly the problem we had.
At no time did we refuse to pay, but the replacement process was not carried out, the finance company did not send the slip, the attendants did not respond to us. And the main point is that until today we are waiting for the development of the situation for the recruitment of the new assistant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já contratamos os serviços de recrutamento da Connectabil no passado, até conseguimos bons candidatos e efetuamos algumas contratações. Em um último processo (a quase 1 ano e meio atrás), não gostamos muito dos candidatos e também da falta de flexibilização comercial-financeiro, me pareceu que estavam querendo muito e oferecer pouco... Resolvi dar uma outra chance e até o momento, gostei muito do atendimento da Mariana do Comercial, que foi muito atenciosa, me explicou todos os detalhes, inclusive me convenceu a contratar o Recruiter. Foi tudo muito rápido e prático e no Onbording com a Júlia, o bom atendimento permaneceu... Parabenizo pela evolução, agora irei testar a plataforma para aprovar ou não o serviço. Até esse estou gostando de retornar a parceria com a Connectabil.
We've hired Connectabil's recruiting services in the past, we've even gotten good candidates and done some hiring. In a last process (almost a year and a half ago), we didn't like the candidates very much and also the lack of commercial-financial flexibility, it seemed to me that they were wanting a lot and offering little... I decided to give it another chance and so far , I really liked the service provided by Mariana do Comercial, who was very attentive, explained all the details to me, and even convinced me to hire Recruiter. It was all very quick and practical and at Onbording with Júlia, the good service remained... I congratulate you on the evolution, now I will test the platform to approve or not the service. Even this one, I'm enjoying returning to the partnership with Connectabil.

Júlia deu muito suporte, foi bastante transparente sobre as informações da empresa e sobre o que esperavam de mim para a vaga.

Assim como todas as reclamações realizadas contra esta empresa, estou com o mesmo problema. Fui enganado e não tive a conclusão do meu serviço realizado, além de ser cobrado indevidamente por isto.
O pesadelo se iniciou em janeiro desde ano, quando procurei a Connectabil para que realizassem uma contratação em caráter de urgência e logo fui informado sobre o "candidato em tempo recorde", que basicamente era uma propaganda totalmente enganosa, manipulando o cliente a acreditar que teria o primeiro candidato em 3 dias após a contratação dos serviços.
Só para o cadastro de um usuário e publicação da vaga foram gastos mais de 10 dias, onde o atendimento alegava "problemas de sistema".
Após muito mais tempo do que o esperado recebi 3 candidatas para análise, onde apenas 1 se enquadrava nos requisitos da vaga. As demais não chegaram nem a responder os testes.
Realizei a entrevista desta única candidata que fazia sentido e no mesmo dia realizei a aprovação dela. Porém, no dia seguinte a candidata informou que por motivos pessoais não poderia prosseguir com a contração e ao informar isto a Connectabil fui informado de que eles iriam lançar novamente a vaga. Ou seja, mais toda uma história de problemas com sistema e demora.
No dia seguinte ao ocorrido, a candidata que havia voltado atrás da contratação me contatou e pediu uma oportunidade, e como não tinha outra opção aceitei.
Um tempo se passou e resolvi desligar a colaboradora, mas não podia ficar sem ninguém na empresa, então pedi que iniciassem o recrutamento dela, para que a saída ela fosse no mesmo dia em que uma nova colaboradora iniciasse. Mas fui informado (e extremamente maltratado pela atendente neste momento) de que deveria primeiro mandar a funcionaria embora para aí iniciarem um novo processo. E assim eu o fiz.
Ocorre que até o momento a minha “candidata em tempo recorde” não foi disponibilizada. As entrevistas marcadas com 2 possíveis candidatas não ocorreram pelo fato de a Connectabil confirmar o agendamento, mas nenhuma candidata compareceu.
Atualmente estou sendo cobrado sobre um valor totalmente indevido, desde o início fui informado de que não haveriam cobranças no caso de efetivarem a vaga, que até o momento não foi. Pagamento apenas no sucesso.
Outrossim, fui informado pelas atendentes desde o inicio de que poderia parcelar os valores, mas após solicitar o mesmo ao financeiro fui totalmente ignorado.
MISLEADING ADVERTISING
As with all complaints made against this company, I have the same problem. I was deceived and I did not have the completion of my service performed, in addition to being unduly charged for it.
The nightmare started in January of this year, when I looked for Connectabil to carry out an urgent contract and soon I was informed about the "candidate in record time", which basically was a totally misleading advertisement, manipulating the client into believing that he would have the first candidate within 3 days of contracting the services.
More than 10 days were spent just to register a user and publish the vacancy, where the service alleged "system problems".
After much longer than expected, I received 3 candidates for analysis, where only 1 fit the vacancy requirements. The others did not even respond to the tests.
I carried out the interview of this only candidate that made sense and on the same day I carried out her approval. However, the next day, the candidate informed that for personal reasons she could not proceed with the contract and when I informed Connectabil I was informed that they would launch the vacancy again. That is, another whole history of system problems and delay.
The day after what happened, the candidate who had come back to hire me contacted me and asked for an opportunity, and as I had no other option, I accepted.
Some time passed and I decided to leave the employee, but I couldn't be without anyone in the company, so I asked them to start recruiting her, so that she would leave on the same day that a new employee started. But I was informed (and extremely mistreated by the attendant at this point) that I should first send the employee away so they can start a new process. And so I did.
It happens that so far my “candidate in record time” has not been made available. Interviews scheduled with 2 potential candidates did not take place because Connectabil confirmed the appointment, but no candidate attended.
I am currently being charged a totally undue amount, from the beginning I was informed that there would be no charges in case the vacancy was made, which so far has not been. Pay only on success.
Furthermore, I was informed by the attendants from the beginning that I could pay the amounts in installments, but after requesting the same from the finance department, I was totally ignored.
