Algumas observações sobre o ocorrido quando fiz um orçamento:
- O funcionário ficou com semblante fechado, demonstrando irritação o tempo todo;
- Não se levantou para me acompanhar na sala de amostras;
- Empurrou o catalogo bruscamente na minha direção e abriu com tanta força que fez estalos;
- Sobre o orçamento, disse: "Vou fazer num pedaço de papel mesmo." Também demonstrando irritação.
- Quando eu perguntava sobre detalhes do acabamento, ele me interrompia gritando "DOIS REAIS" "DOIS E CINQUENTA".
Me senti num campo de concentração. Prefiro pagar mais caro noutro estabelecimento. NÃO VOLTO LÁ!
NOTA: Após contatar a empresa, recebi ligações do funcionário em questão, e do proprietário. Ambos se desculparam e evidenciaram que esse foi um fato isolado, não representando a política da organização. Tbm fui informado que as medidas cabíveis seriam tomadas. Agradeço e parabenizo a atitude da empresa diante da situação. Sucesso!
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!!! Worst service in history.
Some observations about what happened when I made a budget:
- The employee's face was closed, showing irritation all the time;
- He didn't get up to accompany me to the sample room;
- He pushed the catalog sharply towards me and opened it with such force that it crackled;
- About the budget, he said: "I'm going to do it on a piece of paper." Also showing irritation.
- When I asked about finishing details, he interrupted me by shouting "TWO REAL" "TWO AND FIFTY".
I felt in a concentration camp. I prefer to pay more expensive in another establishment. DO NOT GO BACK THERE!
NOTE: After contacting the company, I received calls from the employee in question, and the owner. Both apologized and showed that this was an isolated fact, not representing the organization's policy. I was also informed that the appropriate measures would be taken. I thank and congratulate the company's attitude towards the situation. Success!
