- Não cumpriu o prazo de entrega, postergando toda semana;
- Partes sem acabamento;
- Muito erros de medidas;
- Madeira verde
- Não reembolsa frete de reentrega, mesmo o erro sendo deles;
- Tivemos muito prejuízo com fretes, portanto o menor acabou saindo muito mais caro.
Não recomendo para ninguém . Muito decepcionada!
Overall, I summarize my frustrating experience. The lumber company won in the initial price, but:
- Did not meet the delivery deadline, postponing every week;
- Parts without finishing;
- A lot of measurement errors;
- Green wood
- Does not refund re-delivery freight, even if the error is theirs;
- We had a lot of freight losses, so the smaller one ended up being much more expensive.
I don't recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed!

Meu erro foi não procurar aqui antes de contratar o "serviço", assim eu veria a quantidade de gente insatistfeita, bem como entre amigos quando fui reclamar.
It takes about 4 months to deliver a window with the different measurements I ordered.
My mistake was not looking here before hiring the "service", so I would see the amount of dissatisfied people, as well as among friends when I went to complain.
