★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre quando eu ligo o telefone esta ocupado. Acredito que tiram do gancho para não receberem ligações. Só se lembram da gente no pagamento da anuidade.
Whenever I turn on the phone it's busy. I believe they take it off the hook so they don't receive calls. They only remember us when paying the annuity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoui precisando acessar o site do CREA mas houive modificaçao e depois de 3 semanas tentando contactar por telefone , a atendente , criou uma senha nova , pois o novo sistema exigia , mas mesmo assim o site nao funcionou e estou precisando de uma certidao para provar junto a determinada prefeitura que nao prestei serviços naquela localidade e meu prazo esta acabando e serei penalizado financeiramente . Péssimo o serviço do CREA e sempre mudam o acesso por site e fica cada vez pior !.
I need to access the CREA website but there was a modification and after 3 weeks trying to contact by phone , the attendant created a new password , as the new system required it , but even so the website did not work and I need a certificate to prove it together the particular city hall that I did not provide services in that location and my term is running out and I will be financially penalized. Terrible service at CREA and they always change access by site and it gets worse and worse!.

á anuidade deve ser ser conforme o atendimento ZERO.
Disrespectful to users, no one was able to speak on the CONTACT PHONE, another 4 hours trying to get information and no one answered.
the annuity must be in accordance with the ZERO service.
