★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente barulhento até as 5 horas da manhã, não tem isolamento acústico, atrapalhando o descanso das residencias que ficam em volta do local. Quase todo final de semana acaba com polícia na porta por causa de briga.
Extremely noisy until 5:00 in the morning, it has no soundproofing, interfering with the rest of the homes around the place. Almost every weekend ends up with the police at the door because of a fight.
