â â â â â Troquei a bateria do meu moto G4 em maio deste ano e pouco tempo depois comecei a perceber que sua autonomia estava a sendo reduzida. Estamos no mĂȘs de novembro e minha bateria inchou de forma que nĂŁo consigo utilizar mais meu celular por causa dos constantes desligamentos repentinos do aparelho com a carga acima de 40%. Passo a entender o motivo dos 3 meses de garantia dos produtos vendidos pela ConsertaSmart.
Resumo: a bateria durou apenas 6 meses!
 I replaced the battery of my bike G4 in May this year and soon began to realize that their autonomy was being reduced. We are in November and my battery swelled so that I can not use my phone more because of sudden shutdowns contained in the device with the load above 40%. I understand the reason for the 3 months warranty of products sold by ConsertaSmart.
Summary: The battery lasted only 6 months!

In the note informs battery + cell phone model. It was supposed to be original, but it isn't. Total battery failure in 95 days. The guarantee is 90. This is a franchise with poor quality control. Expensive and bad service. Visit the advertisement here to see the rating.

Precisei de um reparo no Note 10, onde a porta USB parou de carregar e eles informaram que foi feito uma "manutenção temporĂĄria". O produto atĂ© chegou a carregar na loja mas ao sair, durante o trajeto parou de carregar. Ao relatar o problema inicialmente, passaram a informação dando a entender que jĂĄ tinha a peça para substituição, mas nĂŁo tinham. NĂŁo recomendo!
The service was even good by the attendant, but the service was not the best. I needed a repair on the Note 10, where the USB port stopped charging and they reported that "temporary maintenance" was done. The product was even loaded at the store, but when it left, it stopped loading during the journey. When initially reporting the problem, they passed on the information implying that they already had the replacement part, but they didn't. I do not recommend!

Troquei a bateria do meu celular pela primeira vez no local e com 6 meses mais ou menos voltou a inchar e a da problema. Pela segunda vez fui no mesmo local achando que poderia ter sido um mal uso da minha parte, mas por coincidĂȘncia um amigo que trocou a bateria na mesma Ă©poca que eu teve o mesmo problema no mesmo mĂȘs! Enfim, troquei a bateria no mesmo lugar 2 vezes e nas 2 vezes passou 6 meses a bateria inchou, claro que eu nĂŁo esperava uma bateria original, mas esperava pelo menos alguma que fosse durar mais que 6 meses e que nĂŁo inchasse.

I changed my cell phone battery for the first time on site and after 6 months or so it started to swell again and there was a problem. For the second time I went to the same place thinking it could have been a misuse on my part, but coincidentally a friend who changed the battery at the same time I had the same problem in the same month! Anyway, I changed the battery in the same place 2 times and in 2 times 6 months passed the battery swelled, of course I didn't expect an original battery, but I expected at least one that would last more than 6 months and that wouldn't swell.
