★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular para consertar a tela quebrada. Da primeira vez que fui, lembro que o atendente estava reclamando com o técnico que as coisas embolam porque ele (o técnico) chega tarde.
O celular retornou com um problema que nunca teve (ativando aleatoriamente coisas na tela), normalmente no canto superior esquerdo).
Acionei a garantia, meu celular ficou retido por um dia com a desculpa de que não tinham conseguido entrar em contato com o número fornecido (nunca ligaram). Quando eu liguei, informaram que precisavam da minha senha para conseguir resolver.
Depois de mais de um dia retornaram o celular, mas sem resolver o problema. Continua ativando mil coisas aleatoriamente.
