Hoje liguei cedo e disse que deixaria o aparelho no começo da tarde. Eles providenciaram um display original e em pouco mais de uma hora o celular estava pronto. Indico a todos que estão com tela escura no celular. E o pgto pode ser dividido no cartão, caso alguém prefira.
Excellent store. I replaced the display on my Samsung smart. I was at the store to know before, to know about the problem with the device and I was extremely well attended. Today I called early and said I would leave the device in the early afternoon. They provided an original display and in just over an hour the cell phone was ready. I indicate to everyone who has a dark screen on their cell phone. And the payout can be split on the card, if anyone prefers.

Comprei o kit tela e touch como a loja sugeriu.
E o smartphone voltou com problema no touch.

No entanto, nessa loja tanto o atendente qto o técnico Rodrigo foram muito atenciosos e tiveram disponibilidade em resolver o problema. . Testaram o celular e só depois que realmente o celular estava ótimo fiz o pagamento.
Foi rápido ( conserto no mesmo dia) e eficiente. Foram muito profissionais. Que continue assim!
I looked for the store after being tricked and practically "stolen" in another store in the area, where my cell phone remained with problems.
However, in this store both the attendant and the technician Rodrigo were very attentive and were available to solve the problem. . They tested the cell phone and only after the cell phone was really great did I pay.
It was fast (same day fix) and efficient. They were very professional. Keep it that way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa rede de assistência técnica tem notas baixas em avaliação em todas as lojas. Nessa localizada em Vila Isabel tem uma nota considerada boa. Por isso, resolvi tentar e vou contar minha experiência. Deixei o celular no dia 12/01/22 pela manhã sobre a O.S 1518485 e me foi avisado que qd estivesse pronto me ligariam. Fiquei o dia todo aguardando e nenhuma ligação foi feita até que fui lá diretamente. O celular já estava com o diagnóstico pronto e "esqueceram" de me avisar. Pois bem, era a troca de uma frontal a R$ 500 + o serviço de abrir e diagnosticar R$150. Foi me avisado que se eu tivesse a frontal que poderia fazer o serviço incluído nesses R$ 150. Eu disse que voltaria com a frontal e faria o serviço. Qd voltei, hoje, dia 19/01/22, disseram que deveriam cobrar um novo serviço, pois o celular já havia saído da loja, sendo que essa tal regra não haviam me informado. Eu não teria problema algum em deixar o celular lá nesse tempo em que encomendei pela internet e aguardei a chegada da peça. A fidelização e satisfação do cliente fora deixado de lado em troca de mais R$ 150. Eu não volto mais a fazer serviço nesse estabelecimento. Serviço esse que nem de fato foi feito.
This technical assistance network has low ratings in all stores. This one located in Vila Isabel has a good grade. So I decided to give it a try and I'll share my experience. I left my cell phone on 01/12/22 in the morning on O.S 1518485 and was told that when it was ready they would call me. I was waiting all day and no call was made until I went there directly. The cell phone already had the diagnosis ready and they "forgot" to let me know. Well, it was the exchange of a frontal at R$500 + the service to open and diagnose R$150. I was told that if I had the front I could do the service included in those R$ 150. I said I would come back with the front and do the service. When I returned, today, 01/19/22, they said they should charge a new service, because the cell phone had already left the store, and they had not informed me about this rule. I would have no problem leaving my cell phone there at the time I ordered online and waited for the part to arrive. Customer loyalty and satisfaction were left aside in exchange for another R$ 150. I will never work at this establishment again. This service was not actually done.
