★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima… Levei meu IPad pra trocar o vidro e voltou com a tela ruim tb, saiu pior do que entrou e a única alternativa q me deram foi o estorno do valor do vidro, sendo q tive um prejuízo enorme pq pra consertar o q vcs erraram é muito caro. Saiu pior do que entrou. E fora o atendimento q é muuuito demorado, vc fica pelo menos meia hora pra fazer um atendimento q deveria ser rápido. Não indico a ninguém, levei um baita de um prejuízo.
 Terrible... I took my IPad to change the glass and it came back with the bad screen too, it came out worse than it came in and the only alternative they gave me was to refund the value of the glass, and I had a huge loss because to fix what you guys got wrong is very expensive. It came out worse than it came in. And apart from the service that is soooo long, you stay at least half an hour to do a service that should be fast. I don't recommend it to anyone, I took a hell of a loss.

I went with my husband to fix his iPhone 8 and the service was amazing. Dejair (technician) was super agile and honest in relation to explanations and left the cell NEW again.

Attendant Bianca was wonderful in her explanation of what the service would be like, I spent almost 40 minutes in the store and she was super patient and gave me all the necessary instructions about the repair. Great. The store is to be congratulated for having an employee like her.

Levei meu celular achando que era um problema mais sério mas era coisa boba e bem mais barato, foram muito honestos comigo, em outro lugar talvez tivessem me cobrado mesmo pelo reparo que eu achei que precisaria fazer e eu pagaria quase o dobro do que paguei.
O atendimento realmente é por agendamento, não são do tipo que marcam um horário e quando chegamos é por ordem de chegada. Achei excelente esse respeito com o cliente.
Muito educados, local limpo, climatizado e bonito.
Já virei cliente!
I highly recommend.
I took my cell phone thinking it was a more serious problem but it was silly and much cheaper, they were very honest with me, somewhere else they might have even charged me for the repair I thought I would need to do and I would pay almost double what I paid.
The service is really by appointment, they are not the type that make an appointment and when we arrive it is on a first-come, first-served basis. I found this respect for the customer excellent.
Very polite, clean, air-conditioned and beautiful place.
I've become a customer!
