★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem cheguei a conhecer o serviço porque o atendimento ao chegar na loja foi muito ruim, a atendente parecia estar com pressa para ir embora, mal ouviu o que eu tinha pra dizer sobre o celular e já foi logo dizendo que não teria como me atender, tudo isso com muita pressa e frieza, tem muito que aprender pra trabalhar com o público. A propósito: fui em outro lugar com aparência bem mais modesta e meu problema foi solucionado em meia hora. Pergunte se eu volto oi recomendo este lugar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi excelente desde o atendimento até a parte técnica. A Carla é uma ótima atendente muito paciente, tira todas as dúvidas do cliente o técnico Ricardo é um profissional extremamente qualificado técnico top. Os dois são muito simpáticos.
A loja é muito agradável muito bonita. O custo benefício vale muito a pena. Eu recomendo a todos que precisarem consertar seus aparelhos, podem levar muito confiável. Com certeza levarei meus aparelhos novamente para consertar com eles. Parabéns pelo trabalho.

Em uma autorizada me cobraram um absurdo, pois alegaram trocas de algumas peças essenciais. Ao chegar na Smart fui muito bem recepcionado, não me cobraram taxa para realização de orçamento.
Ao me retornarem a ligação o valor do orçamento havia ficado a metade da autorizada, pois foi constatado que não precisaria trocar tais peças e sim uma peça, ou seja, a honestidade e hombridade da Smart é algo difícil de se encontrar.
Recomendo essa assistência, pois em meio a pandemia, prevaleceu muitos valores já esquecidos por muitos e realizaram um excelente serviço no meu celular com capricho e perfeição.

Local seguro, fácil de estacionar já que fica dentro da loja Extra Supermercados. Super indico e se precisar novamente de reparos, voltarei sem sombra de dúvidas. Há várias lojas perto de casa mas de agora em diante só irei neste local.
