★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente acabei de ligar para solicitar um orçamento e enquanto eu explicava, a menina que já me atendeu mal simplesmente desligou na minha cara. Revejam o atendimento de vocês!! NUNCA se faz isso com um cliente. Depois liguei em outras duas assistências e me atenderam super bem.
 Unfortunately I just called to request a quote and while I was explaining, the girl who had already answered me badly just hung up on me. Review your service!! This is NEVER done with a client. Then I called two other assistances and they served me very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser acessível para chegar encarei uma boa subida porque desconheço as linhas de ônibus que circulam por lá. Fui bem atendido e ao menos eles fizeram o serviço que eu precisava, estou satisfeito.
Despite being accessible to get there, I faced a good climb because I don't know the bus lines that circulate there. I was well attended and at least they did the service I needed, I'm satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei e fui prontamente pela recepcionista que resolveu o meu problema. Meu celular estava simplesmente apagado. Ela apertou dois botoes simultaneamente e resetou o aparelho. Em seguida ligou e ele voltou a funcionar.
I arrived and went promptly to the receptionist who solved my problem. My cell phone was just off. She pressed two buttons simultaneously and reset the device. Then turned it on and it started working again.

Não cobram para fazer o orçamento e caso o orçamento fique muito fora do previsto e o cliente acabar desistindo de realizar o serviço, eles não cobram nada por isso. Achei isso uma vantagem com relação aos demais prestadores de serviço do ramo. Super recomendo!
Great service, they answered all my doubts, they are clear in the explanations and they are sincere. They do not charge to make the budget and if the budget is very out of date and the customer ends up giving up performing the service, they do not charge anything for it. I found this an advantage over other service providers in the industry. I highly recommend!
