O atendente me ligou oferecendo trocar somente a parte de vidro da tela que estava trincada por mais 300 reais e me garantiu que era um procedimento sem riscos. Chegando para retirar o celular percebi que havia um pixel morto bem no meio do celular, e aí perguntando me foi informado que o técnico tinha danificado a tela no processo de troca do vidro, mas que era "imperceptível"(mesmo eu vendo) e ainda me cobrou o valor da troca. Fiquem espertos.
I took my cell phone to replace the USB that short circuited. The attendant called me offering to change only the glass part of the screen that was cracked for another 300 reais and assured me that it was a risk-free procedure. Arriving to remove the cell phone, I noticed that there was a dead pixel right in the middle of the cell phone, and then when I was asked, I was informed that the technician had damaged the screen in the process of replacing the glass, but that it was "unnoticeable" (even though I sell it) and still charged me the exchange value. Get smart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu aparelho para a troca de bateria e alto falante auricular que praticamente não funcionava. A surpresa é que, com uma limpeza e ajuste, o auricular voltou a funcionar perfeitamente.
Foram corretos e honestos(poderiam simplesmente trocar a peça), coisas difíceis hoje em dia.
I took my device to change the battery and ear speaker that practically didn't work. The surprise is that, with a cleaning and adjustment, the headset worked perfectly again.
They were correct and honest (they could just change the part), difficult things nowadays.

Tive um problema com atualização do windows 11 que simplesmente parou o meu notebook. Levei para eles, fizeram um upgrade para SSD e reinstalaram o windows e ficou ótimo! Entregaram no prazo e fui super bem atendida pelo Bruno! Obrigada Conserta Smart Morumbi!
