★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, profissionais técnicos incompetentes nunca conseguem resolver o problema. Demoraram quase um mês pra dizer que não conseguem arrumar meu aparelho, celular voltou com peças faltando, não originais e tela quebrada. Ou seja voltou pior do que foi! Não recomendo.
Bad service, incompetent technical professionals never manage to solve the problem. It took them almost a month to say that they can't fix my device, my phone came back with missing parts, not originals and a broken screen. In other words, it came back worse than it was! I do not recommend.

Quando liguei de volta para ver alguma alternativa, me trataram como se eu estivesse mentindo sobre o botão. Alem disso, me falaram que trocariam ele "a preço de custo, 60 reais" sendo que a peça na internet varia de 12 a 36 reais. Não recomendo.
I took my cell phone to reset and change the battery and came back with the damaged home button. When I called back to see an alternative, they treated me like I was lying about the button. In addition, they told me that they would exchange it "at cost, 60 reais" and the piece on the internet varies from 12 to 36 reais. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Além da mega demora para entregar meu telefone. O que era ser apenas um conserto de câmera virou uma troca de componentes que nunca pedi para serem trocados. Eles substituiram meu display original por um paralelo de baixíssima qualidade que tem manchas. A ordem de serviço era apenas a troca da lente da câmera. A câmera nao foi consertada, com a desculpa que a lente da conflito com a câmera frontal e hoje convivo com esse display horrível e com touch pouco preciso. Não recomendo nada! [Zenfone 4]
Horrible. Besides the mega delay to deliver my phone. What was just a camera fix turned into a replacement of components that I never asked to be replaced. They replaced my original display with a very low quality parallel that has smudges. The work order was just changing the camera lens. The camera was not fixed, with the excuse that the lens conflicts with the front camera and today I live with this horrible display and with little accurate touch. I don't recommend anything! Quando voltei pra casa, deixei a câmera com o flash ligado e voltou a funcionar novamente. Fui super mal atendida e o técnico que arrumou meu telefone nem foi conversar comigo e me explicar o que aconteceu. Eu que precisava ficar pedindo pro moço ir lá perguntar o que eu via que não tinha arrumado. Não recomendo
Bad experience. I took my cell phone that had gotten wet, they said they dried and cleaned the camera, but there was no way the camera had been lost. Offered exchange service. I was super poorly attended and the technician who fixed my phone didn't even talk to me and explain what happened.
