Obs: Depois de postar aqui estiveram no local e resolveram o problema
Eletrovidros installed a luxury roof in the residence, however it is leaking water with rain. I've called several times, stay to go on the spot.
Note: After posting here they were on site and solved the problem

Atualização: pouco, tempo após postar aqui eu ainda entrei em contato com a empresa dizendo que iria entrar com um processo. Além disso, meu pai foi novamente na empresa pedir a entrega. Em média foi mais ou menos seis vezes que pedimos a entrega de um produto já pronto, só depois disso que entregaram.
Não é a primeira vez que passamos por isso, tal quê, estamos fazendo a opção pela concorrência. Por isso, estou fazendo um relato meu, se todos os outros colocam cinco estrelas, bom para eles, mas isso não acontece comigo.
Bad service, never deliver the products on time and when they deliver. Lack of total commitment.
Update: shortly, after posting here I still contacted the company saying that I would file a lawsuit. In addition, my father went back to the company to ask for delivery. On average it was about six times that we asked for the delivery of a ready-made product, only after that they delivered it.
It is not the first time that we have been through this, such as, we are making the choice for the competition. So, I am making a report of mine, if all the others put five stars, good for them, but that does not happen to me.
