★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre costumo ver as avaliações da empresa no Google antes de comprar um produto ou contratar um serviço. Infelizmente neste caso acabei nao consultando e depois da minha experiência fui ver os comentários e percebi que refletiam o mesmo que ocorreu comigo. Se tivesse visto antes não teria perdido meu tempo.
Minha sugestão para o proprietário André é ele mudar de ramo ou colocar um gerente na loja que entenda a importância de atendimento e garanta os serviços que oferece (ou então não ofereça caso não possa garantir).
Resumindo: Eles oferecem serviço de conserto de TV mas não tem este serviço. Deixei minha TV e eles falaram que iriam passar o orçamento. 2 dias depois além de não passarem orçamento nem por e-mail nem por whatsapp simplesmente a recepcionista me ligou, disse que eles não consertavam, não falou qual era o problema e que era para eu retirar a televisão.
Pedi para falar com o técnico, me passaram para o dono André que me disse que nem olharam a televisão, que não garantiam o serviço, prazo…. Bla Bla Bla….
Enfim incompetência e falta de respeito

I always see company reviews on Google before I buy a product or hire a service. Unfortunately in this case I ended up not consulting and after my experience I went to see the comments and realized that they reflected the same thing that happened to me. If I had seen it before I wouldn't have wasted my time.
My suggestion to the owner André is to change the branch or put a manager in the store who understands the importance of customer service and guarantees the services he offers (or not if he can't guarantee it).
In short: They offer TV repair service but do not have this service. I left my TV and they said they would go over the budget. 2 days later, in addition to not giving a quote either by email or whatsapp, the receptionist simply called me, said that they didn't fix it, didn't say what the problem was and that I should remove the television.
I asked to speak to the technician, they passed me to the owner André who told me that they didn't even look at the television, that they didn't guarantee the service, deadline…. Blah blah blah….
Finally, incompetence and lack of respect
I lost my time
There are many good companies to waste time with Fix Smart…Smart this owner has nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui levar meu celular samsung para fazer um orçamento e quando fui pega-lo de outa já que ficou muito caro ( eu pagaria mais para trocar a tela do que eu paguei neste celular) imediatamente eu percebi que vcs tinham trincado a traseira do meu celular e quando fui falar para o rapas que me atendeu ele ainda teve a cara de pau de me dizer que eles poderiam arrumar mais iria me cobrar 100,00 reais! por um erro que eles cometeram! Eu nunca ais vou nessa loja e recomendo ninguém vá também !
