★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, eu levei um celular pra concertar porém colocaram uma peça de má qualidade e o celular não ficou bom. Fiquei quase 20 dias sem o celular e tive q voltar várias vezes porque o celular apresentava defeito. Se você tá procurando uma assistência de qualidade procure outra.
Terribly, I took a cell phone to fix it but they put a poor quality piece and the cell phone was not good. I was almost 20 days without the cell phone and had to return several times because the cell phone was defective. If you are looking for quality assistance, look for another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ é que não deixa não dar estrela, atendimento péssimo, levei meu Iphone 5S estava com problema no Tristar o Técnico Guilherme disse, porem depois ele alegou problema na placa, mas eu resolvi não fazer o serviço, porem meu Iphone carregava de um lado do cabo USB, agora ele não carrega mais de jeito nenhum, não recomendo essa assistência, fazem descaso com seu problema!

Meu caso;Troca de tela,encolhí uma de valor médio, um nivél apenas abaixo da original.
Entre idas e vindas foram 5 vezes,cada vez eu era atendida por uma pessoa diferente,e cada vez que eu pegava o celular ele estava com um problema diferente,deu a impressão de que não sabiam consertar!!! Não vi nenhum interesse de resolverem meu problema.Foi muito chato e cansativo.Era dezembro de 2021,eu desisti pelo cansaço,teria compensado mil vezes ter comprado outro Celular,a vida é assim mesmo,vivendo e aprendendo!

In my case; Screen change, I shrunk a medium value, a level just below the original.
Between comings and goings there were 5 times, each time I was attended by a different person, and each time I took the cell phone he had a different problem, it gave the impression that they didn't know how to fix it!!! I didn't see any interest in solving my problem. It was very boring and tiring. It was December 2021, I gave up due to fatigue, I would have made up for a thousand times to have bought another cell phone, life is like that, living and learning!
