★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma horrível experiência nessa "assistência técnica", localizada no empresarial Wall Street. Não honraram prazo, não davam feedback sobre andamento de serviço, péssimo suporte, e (o pior): além senão consertarem o celular, ainda o devolveram absolutamente inutilizável. Em outra assistência que levamos o celular, o técnico perguntou se quem tinha mexido antes era amador, porque deixaram a placa cheia de cola, solda e com conector quebrado, de modo que o equipamento para nada mais serve. As aparências enganam. Não se iluda pelo faro da "Conserta Smart estar localizada em.area nobre, em um empresarial de alto padrão. Com base no que fizeram.com um simples celular, de assistência técnica eles entendem tanto quanto eu de engenharia espacial!

In another assistance we took the cell phone with, the technician asked if anyone who had touched it before was an amateur, because they left the plate full of glue, solder and with a broken connector, so that the equipment is useless. Appearances are deceiving. Do not be fooled by the scent of "Conserta Smart being located in a noble area, in a high-end business. Based on what they did. With a simple cell phone, technical assistance, they understand space engineering as much as I do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido, e equipe atenciosa. So os preços são fora da casinha, pra reparar um produto fora de linha( Active 2 smartwach) me cobrar 1550 achei demais,e infelizmente não autorizei.
Quick service, and attentive staff. Only prices are outside the house, to repair a product out of line (Active 2 smartwach) charge me 1550 I thought it was too much, and unfortunately I didn't authorize it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular pra fazer um concerto simples e voltou sem vibração e toda vez que encostava a parte de trás em alguma superfície, o celular desligava. Nunca confiei em assistência técnica, ainda bem que o futuro vai ser diferente e nós vamos poder consertar os nossos smartphones !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A propaganda é de orçamento em ate 40 minutos, mas no meu caso levou o dia todo para dizer que era a tela, depois um segundo dia para fechar o celular e entregar o aparelho. Coisa que levaria 30 minutos me pediram uma manha e entrariam em contato apos as 14h para avisar se podia ir buscar, ou seja, atendimento lento e ainda me ofereceram entregar o aparelho desmontado caso eu desejasse .... n recomendo, zero profissionalismo.
The advertisement is budget in up to 40 minutes, but in my case it took all day to say it was the screen, then a second day to close the cell phone and deliver the device. Something that would take 30 minutes, they asked me one morning and they would get in touch after 2 pm to let me know if I could pick it up, that is, slow service and they even offered me to deliver the unit disassembled if I wanted to .... I recommend it, zero professionalism.
