★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa o gerente da loja muito arrogante,fez eu espera mais de 4 horas pra dar um orçamento pra me dizer que o celular ia ficar caro mesmo assim falei que ia pagar o concerto e ele falou que não ia concerta.
Our store manager, very arrogant, made me wait more than 4 hours to give a quote to tell me that the cell phone would be expensive even so I said I was going to pay for the concert and he said he was not going to concert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei arrumar o conector do celular que estava com mau contato e trocaram a bateria do meu celular, colocaram uma paralela e levaram minha original. Hoje a paralela estufou.
I ordered to fix the cell phone connector that was in bad contact and they changed the battery of my cell phone, put a parallel and took my original. Today the parallel swelled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha tela tinha dado problema, fui nessa loja na quarentena, mas estava fechado, mas estavam lá dentro, falaram q a tela era original e o valor era de 110,00 . Ai pegaram meu celular com meu namorado, falaram q iam arrumar só no dia seguinte. Mas no msm dia arrumaram e ficaram ligando para ir buscar. Ele foi e pagou a vista. Como no dia seguinte e peguei o celular com meu namorado. Aparentemente, n tinha nenhum problema.. Fui pra casa e o alto falante estava baixo, a tela mexendo sozinha, e a bateria viciada. Meu namorado Ligou lá e eles falaram q iam arrumar, falaram q iam na segunda .terça, quarta , quinta , sexta , sábado. E ai vimos q não um bando de irresponsáveis. N recomendo à ninguém .eles só arrumam de qualquer jeito é como dps n vai pagar por conta da garantia, eles n pagam mais. OBS: TELA RÉPLICA! (Primeira linha)
My screen had been a problem, I went to this store in the quarantine, but it was closed, but they were inside, they said the screen was original and the value was 110.00. Then they took my cell phone with my boyfriend, said they were going to fix it the next day. But on the same day they fixed it up and kept calling to get it. He went and paid the view. Like the next day and I took out my cell phone with my boyfriend. Apparently, there was no problem. I went home and the speaker was low, the screen moving by itself, and the battery was hooked. My boyfriend called there and they said they were going to fix it, they said it was Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. And then we saw q not a bunch of irresponsible people. I don’t recommend it to anyone. They just fix it anyway, as dps n will pay for the warranty, they don’t pay more. OBS: REPLICA FABRIC! (First line)
