★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, péssimas atendentes. Ficam conversando assuntos pessoais em vez de trabalhar. Quase uma hora só para reconhecer uma assinatura.
Nao recomendo de forma nenhuma ir nesse lugar. Uma vergonha para a cidade e uma falta de respeito com os clientes.
 Lousy service, lousy attendants. They talk about personal matters instead of working. Almost an hour just to recognize a signature.
I absolutely do not recommend going there. A shame for the city and a lack of respect for customers.

Counter reception attendant, poorly polite, did not let my wife wait inside the hall, there was no crowding, poorly polite, terrible service... a garbage, last time in this garbage from Itapecerica which is the 1 notary...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de péssimo atendimento os atendentes ficam conversando entre eles e não dão o suporte que você precisa, não tira dúvidas sobre procedimento e também te tratam com desprezo... aparentemente não tem vontade de trabalhar e ficam só para cumprir expediente pq não resolvem nada e tentam te mandar para outro cartório pq lá aparentemente nada é resolvido. (Fui muito mal atendido por uma funcionária chamada Vera).
Place of terrible service, the attendants are talking to each other and do not give the support you need, do not ask questions about the procedure and also treat you with contempt ... apparently you do not want to work and stay just to work hours because they do not solve anything and try to send you to another registry office because there apparently nothing is resolved. (I was very poorly attended by an employee named Vera).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te tratam mal e parece que nao querem fazer o serviço. Tentei fazer reconhecimento de firma nesse cartorio a velha não aceitou meu documento, fui em outro e consegui. Má vontade pura!
They treat you badly and it seems they don't want to do the job. I tried to do a notarization in this notary's office, the old woman didn't accept my document, I went to another one and got it. Pure ill will!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, muito ruim mesmo. Só aceitam dinheiro e o atendimento é extremamente demorado, por mais simples que seja. Bem arcaicos. Pense duas vezes, é provável que valha a pena ir em outro cartório mais distante. Valorize seu tempo.
Bad, really bad. They only accept cash and the service is extremely slow, however simple it may be. Very archaic. Think twice, it is probably worth going to another registry office further away. Value your time.
