★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aguardando um orçamento desde de o começo de Dezembro de um controle p/ o Projetor da Dell modelo s500wi e até agora nada, ficam me enrolando, falando que vão encaminhar o orçamento. Se vcs não conseguem passar o valor do produto, fala logo que não tem, sacanagem deles, pois preciso comprar o controle e não obtenho retorno.
I've been waiting for a budget since the beginning of December for a control for the Dell Projector s500wi model and so far nothing, they keep me talking, saying they're going to forward the budget. If you guys can't pass on the value of the product, say you don't have it, they're dirty, because I need to buy the control and I don't get a return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um orçamento que foi respondido no prazo, porém o orçamento incluia uma lâmpada que havia comprado dias antes. Se recusaram a fazer um orçamento e o serviço sem venderem a lâmpada (valor alto). Apesar da venda casada me parecem terem conhecimento sobre o assunto. Se me mandarem algum, documento oficial da Epson que diz que a lâmpada deve ser comprada junto com a placa ballast, voltamos a conversar. Caso contrário isso se configura venda casada.
I asked for a quote that was answered on time, but the budget included a light bulb that I had bought days before. They refused to make a quote and service without selling the lamp (high price). Despite the caseload I seem to have knowledge on the subject. If you send me any, an official Epson document that says that the lamp must be purchased together with the ballast plate, we will talk again. Otherwise, this is configured as a cash sale.

I worked with Events and urgently needed repair on my Epson Projector S10. I was attended in a second they called me with budget on Tuesday and I retired on Wednesday.
