a verdade e o rabo balançando o cachorro, a loja nĂŁo dĂĄ um suporte ainda, tem essas assistĂȘncia tĂ©cnica que trata o cliente como um lixo!
As a customer, I can say that it was the worst treatment I've ever had, the person simply didn't want to see me, (look that the product is under warranty) and told me to go to another service, what do you mean?
the truth and the tail wagging the dog, the store does not provide support yet, there are these technical assistance that treats the customer like garbage!

â â â â â NĂŁo recomendo. Cobram um valor de R$ 50,00 para fazer orçamento e nunca ligam pra dizer qual o problema do produto. DaĂ o cliente que tem que ligar e, eles informam o problema com um valor que fica maior que o dobro do prĂłprio produto e que no final das contas compensa comprar um produto novo, e o dinheiro pago do orçamento nĂŁo Ă© devolvido. Vi (depois) em diversos comentĂĄrios reclamaçÔes sobre a mesma situação. Alguns atĂ© insinuando que seja uma forma de ganhar sem fazer serviço algum.
I do not recommend. They charge an amount of R$ 50.00 to make a budget and never call to say what the problem is with the product. Hence, the customer has to call and they report the problem with a value that is more than twice as much as the product itself and that in the end it is worth buying a new product, and the money paid from the budget is not refunded. I saw (later) in several comments complaints about the same situation. Some even insinuating that it is a way to earn without doing any service.

â â â â â Fiz a ideia idiota de tentar arrumar meu som com eles, por serem autorizados da Sony. Fiz no mes 5, orçamento deles levou quase dois meses pra sair, se vc liga ou manda mensagem via WhatsApp raramente tem resposta, numa das ligaçÔes a moça que atendeu foi bem estupida, fui tentar pegar meu aparelho que ficou pronto apenas agora final de julho que por "coincidĂȘncia" liguei era o dia q eles tinham arrumado o aparelho. Fui tentar pegar, o estabelecimento fecha aos sĂĄbados meio dia, cheguei 11:55, adivinhem? Estava fechado.
Sabe quando alguns estabelecimentos vocĂȘ nĂŁo entende como ainda funcionam ainda mais em perĂodo de pandemia? Era algo a se questionar...
I had the stupid idea of ââtrying to fix my sound with them, because they are authorized by Sony. I did it in month 5, their budget took almost two months to come out, if you call or send a message via WhatsApp, there is rarely an answer, in one of the calls the girl who answered was pretty stupid, I went to try to get my device which was only ready at the end of July which by "coincidence" I called was the day they had fixed the device. I went to try to pick up, the establishment closes at noon on Saturdays, I arrived at 11:55, guess what? It was closed.
Do you know when some establishments you don't understand how they still work even more during a pandemic period? It was something to question...

â â â â â Encaminhei uma TV da Sony para constatação de defeito, no dia 28/09/2021, com previsĂŁo para resposta para o dia 04/10/2021. JĂĄ cobrei pessoalmente, mas atĂ© agora, nenhuma resposta. sĂł me resta processar a Sony e a VideoSom - Protocolo129145 de 28/09/21.
I sent a Sony TV to find a defect, on 9/28/2021, with an expected response for 10/04/2021. I have already charged in person, but so far, no response. I can only sue Sony and VideoSom - Protocol 129145 of 28/09/21.

â â â â â Começo minha reclamação dizendo que o atendimento Ă© PĂSSIMO!!!
Levei meu secador da Philco para arrumar, ainda na garantia, pois faz 3 (TRĂS) meses que o comprei e depois de 3 meses ele começou a desligar depois de no mĂĄximo 10 minutos de uso. EntĂŁo, por indicação da prĂłpria Philco levei nessa AssistĂȘncia para que avaliassem... Depois de 10 dias me devolveram o secador com o MESMO DEFEITO. Inclusive devolveram ele sujo. Quando ao usĂĄ-lo percebi que continuava com o mesmo defeito, retornei Ă loja, onde me disseram que tinha horĂĄrio para atender produtos na garantia, e que meu secador estava perfeito, que o desligar Ă© por razĂŁo do dispositivo de segurança.
o Atendimento foi péssimo!!! Me decepcionei tanto com a Philco como com a Video Som, não indico para ninguém
I start my complaint saying that the service is TERRIBLE!!!
I took my Philco dryer to fix it, still under warranty, as it's been 3 (THREE) months since I bought it and after 3 months it started turning off after a maximum of 10 minutes of use. So, at Philco's own recommendation, I took it to this Assistance for them to be evaluated... After 10 days the dryer was returned to me with the SAME DEFECT. They even returned it dirty. When using it, I realized that it still had the same defect, I returned to the store, where they told me that they had time to service products under warranty, and that my dryer was perfect, that turning it off is due to the safety device.
the service was terrible!!! I was disappointed with both Philco and Video Som, I don't recommend it to anyone

Atendimento fraquĂssimo.
Pelo que vi, nĂŁo Ă© um caso isolado, Ă© sĂł ler os outros comentĂĄrios aqui.
Without a doubt, the worst place in Campinas to take any appliance for maintenance.
They charge you 50 reais to evaluate your product and give you a quote that is more expensive than the new product itself.
Very poor service.
