O Gabriel me recebeu bem, porém o feedback dele deixou muito a desejar... Ele levou meu celular para duas pessoas que não fazem parte da sua equipe, pra tentar resolver o problema (um deles nem fiquei sabendo, só soube porquê liguei para ele) e nisso eu gostaria de ter ficado ciente do que estava acontecendo, pois pra ter um retorno por whatsapp foi bem difícil. Tive dores de cabeça por pensar mil problemas que pudessem ter acontecido com meu celular. Um ponto é que: se não tem noção para resolver o problema, é ser sincero e indicar alguma autorizada, seria mais justo. Fui buscar meu celular hoje, o Gabriel não compareceu para dar um suporte, entregou a secretária fora do edifício e ficou por isso mesmo. Enfim, irei buscar um técnico mais responsável e sério. Sobre o trabalho do Gabriel que eu poderia indicar para outras pessoas, está totalmente fora de questão!

He took my cell phone to two people who are not part of his team, to try to solve the problem (one of them didn't even know, I only knew why I called him ) and in that I would have liked to have been aware of what was happening, because it was very difficult to get a response via whatsapp. I had headaches thinking about a thousand problems that could have happened with my cell phone. One point is that: if you have no idea how to solve the problem, be honest and indicate an authorized person, it would be fairer. I went to get my cell phone today, Gabriel didn't show up to give support, he delivered the secretary outside the building and that's it. Anyway, I will look for a more responsible and serious technician. About Gabriel's work that I could recommend to other people, it's totally out of the question!
