★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negociamos um valor, cheguei na assistência e ao abrir meu dispositivo, danificaram a bateria.
O dono da assistência ainda sugeriu me cobrar uma bateria nova a preço de custo, mas conheço meus direitos e não permitiria que isso acontecesse.
Como primeiro diagnóstico, tentou culpar o número de aplicativos que eu possuo à lentidão ao aparelho - que estava lento por dano causado por seu próprio técnico.
Fiquei mais de 6 horas no local aguardando algum retorno, até que após as 23h recebi a notícia de que não seria possível resolver o problema no mesmo dia.
Durante os diálogos, foram identificados traços gestuais de desonestidade em suas atitudes.
Caso me pergunte se possuo uma assistência técnica a indicar... eu tenho essa a contra-indicar.

Bad experience, never again.
