I have a 75 inch, it didn’t turn on, they fixed it without having to change the plate, they fixed it in 3 days, I spent R $ 260.00, the TV was new, they delivered everything packed ok, I recommend this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha televisão acabou sofrendo uma sobrecarga de tensão devido as fortes chuvas que aconteceram em SBC. Acabou que ficou um pouco caro o conserto, devido a quantidade de placas queimadas, mas após o reparo ficou como novoa.
My television ended up suffering from a voltage overload due to the heavy rains that happened in SBC. It ended up being a little expensive to repair, due to the amount of burnt plates, but after the repair it was like new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, mas discordo de muitas pessoas que deixaram comentários sobre os valores. Nos dois casos que deixei para orçamento, reprovei os dois por achar o valor orçado muito alto. Nesses casos valeria muito mais a pena comprar aparelhos novos. Só a manutenção era mais de 50% do valor de um novo compatível. Pode ser que equipamentos mais novos que os meus valha a pena. Levei em outro local e consegui pela metade do preço cobrado nesse local.
Good service, but I disagree with many people who left comments about the values. In the two cases that I left for budget, I failed both for finding the budgeted amount too high. In these cases it would be much more worthwhile to buy new devices. Maintenance alone was more than 50% of the value of a new compatible one. It may be that newer equipment than mine is worth it. I took it elsewhere and got it for half the price charged there.

Já tinha desanimado quando encontrei essa Assistência Técnica no Google. Consertaram as TVs em apenas 2 dias, além de serem muito prestativos. A Paula é uma fôfa! Estou muito feliz! Super recomendo.
2 years ago I looked for technical assistance for the 2 LG TVs that were defective. All the technicians I spoke to didn't even want to look because they were old and LG. I was already discouraged when I found this Technical Assistance on Google. They fixed the TVs in just 2 days and were very helpful. Paula is a cutie! I am really happy! I highly recommend.
