Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp e fui extremamente mal atendida, perguntei quanto ficaria se o defeito fosse os leds para fazer uma pesquisa de preço e me disseram para ir fazer em outro canto, sem eu ter faltado com o respeito em momento nenhum e nem ter comparado preços e nem nada do tipo, se não passam o preço antes de fazer a analise era só explicar mas por uma pergunta comum já vim com arrogância é outra história! Tentei falar com o proprietário, o franze para explicar o que houve com as atendentes e ele igualmente disse que era para ir fazer o serviço em outro canto, estão se achando estrela e tratam mal o cliente, não vale a pena
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!

O técnico me mostrou o problema, foi honesto no diagnóstico e passou confiança de que faria o máximo pra deixar a tv 100%. Fiquei satisfeito com o serviço. Tv de ponta vale a pena levar no Franzé.
I took the TV to Franzé because of the ratings and comments here… Despite the value of the service being a little more expensive than the competition, it pays off in the end! The technician showed me the problem, was honest in the diagnosis and gave me confidence that he would do his best to make the TV 100%. I was satisfied with the service.
