A distribuidora possui uma fachada enorme, que não possui telefone para pedir o gás, absurdo!
Terrible! The center informs a phone that when you call, only falls into voicemail

Fiz o pedido de um gás, aguardei uma hora, retornei para saber o que tinha ocorrido, porquê da demora, me disseram que não tinha sido lá que tinha feito o pedido.
Ou seja, fiz o pedido pro além?!
Sem contar que o cara que atendeu, não sabia de nada, ficava perguntando as coisas pra uma terceira pessoa.
Não recomendo!!!
Terrible attendance!
I made the request for a gas, waited an hour, I returned to know what had happened, because of the delay, I was told that it was not there that had made the request.
I mean, did I order it in addition ?!
Not to mention that the guy who answered, did not know anything, was asking things for a third person.
I do not recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, atrasaram a entrega, solicitaram a outra unidade a entrega do gás, sem nos comunicar antes, após mais de 30 minutos de atraso na entrega ligaram para informar que haviam efetuado a troca e se ainda gostaria de receber o produto. Quando questionada sobre o valor adicional pela urgência a atendente respondeu de forma grosseira.
Por fim, o gás demorou mais de 1h para ser entregue e foi cobrado o valor com urgência de entregas de 10 a 15 minutos.
Sem contar que cancelaram o pedido no app momentos antes do produto chegar, acredito que afim de evitar uma avaliação ruim.
Atitude lamentável.
Very bad service, delayed delivery, asked the other unit to deliver the gas, without telling us before, after more than 30 minutes of delay in delivery, they called to inform that they had made the exchange and if they would still like to receive the product. When asked about the additional amount due to the urgency, the attendant answered rudely.
Finally, the gas took more than 1 hour to be delivered and the amount was urgently charged for deliveries of 10 to 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Fiz o pedido fiquei esperando o tempo que a moça pediu e nada! Liguei de volta o rapaz falou que não tinha mulher que atende lá e nem pedido meu, uma palhaçada essas franquias irei reclamar diretamente com a congaz!
Awful! I placed the order and waited as long as the girl asked and nothing! I called back the guy said that there was no woman who answers there and not even my request, these franchises are a joke I will complain directly to the congaz!
