★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um gás no dia 18/01 da LIQUIGÁS através do aplicativo CHAMA, hoje fui efetuar a troca ele vazava muito. Entrei em contato com o 0800...pois mudei de celular...fui informada que dentro de duas horas a revenda autorizada mais próxima viria efetuar a troca/ conserto, após uns 50 minutos recebi uma ligação primeiro falei com uma funcionária de nome Ana que me relatou se eu não possuísse a NOTA FISCAL NÃO VIRIA, ligo após pedi para falar com o responsável que alegou se chamar ROBERVAL perguntou se eu não tinha entendido...gritou....gritou... gritou...aleguei que ia chamar os bombeiros...chame quem a senhora quiser. Então veio um caminhão dos bombeiros que acionaram a polícia, pois todos ficaram indignados. PEÇA NOTA FISCAL.... LIGUIGAS NÃO VÊ MAIS MEU DINHEIRO. DECEPÇÃO DEFINE!
ENTÃO EU SEI MUITO BEM DOS MEUS DIREITOS, QUE LIGOU pra vcs foi a própria LIQUIGÁS, NÃO EU. ENTÃO SE INFORME.
I bought a gas on January 18 of LIQUIGÁS through the CHAMA application, today I went to make the exchange it leaked a lot. I got in touch with 0800 ... because I changed my cell phone ... I was informed that within two hours the nearest authorized dealer would make the exchange / repair, after about 50 minutes I received a call first I spoke with an employee named Ana who told me if I did not have the FISCAL NOTE WOULD NOT COME, I called after I asked to speak to the person in charge who claimed to be called ROBERVAL asked if I had not understood ... shouted .... shouted ... shouted ... I claimed that I was going to call the fire department ... call whoever you want. Then came a fire truck that called the police, because everyone was outraged. ASK FISCAL NOTE .... LIGUIGAS NO MORE SEE MY MONEY. DEFINE DEFECTION!
THEN I KNOW VERY WELL OF MY RIGHTS, THAT CARED for you was LIQUIGÁS itself, NOT ME. THEN INFORM YOURSELF.
