★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha família e eu fomos enganados pela vendedora Francisca e seu supervisor da unidade de Osasco, tenho áudios e mensagens que comprovam tamanha falta de verdade e comprometimento, quando meu pai foi até osasco para tentar resolver a questão a própria supervisora disse que infelizmente o antigo supervisor havia sido mandado embora, devido a seus golpes, em breve tomaremos medidas cabiveis referente a todos os danos causado a nós, na época a Francisca sabia de toda a nossa história, que minha mãe estava em tratamento de nódulos nas mamas, e mesmo assim não teve um pingo de empatia para aplicar a sua falcatrua. NÃO CAIAM NESSA, O SEU MAIOR SONHO PODE VIRAR SEU MAIOR PESADELO.

Usam do fato da empresa ter 50 anos no mercado pra vender, de forma mentirosa, o serviço.
Eu e minha esposa passamos por dificuldades financeiras em 2017. Os vendedores foram até nós e garantiram o valor solicitado em no máximo 2 meses. Usaram o termo “consórcio garantido” para a venda do produto e afirmaram que sairia antes do prazo.
Aceitamos o acordo e nos endividamos ainda mais para pagar as parcelas.
O tempo prometido se prolongou e muito. O valor não veio. O banco cobrou, não tivemos como arcar e o juros aumentou ainda mais.
Hoje ligo para os vendedores para solicitar a devolução e todos ignoram. Não atendem as ligações. Enfim, nos deixaram a ver navios.
Ps: Todas as conversas foram gravadas e temos testemunhas. Já acessamos as pequenas causas.

My wife and I went through financial difficulties in 2017. The salespeople came to us and guaranteed the requested amount in a maximum of 2 months. They used the term “guaranteed consortium” for the sale of the product and stated that it would leave before the deadline.
We accepted the agreement and took on even more debt to pay the installments.
The promised time has gone on and on. The value did not come. The bank charged, we couldn't afford it, and interest rates increased even more.
Today I call the sellers to request a return and everyone ignores it. They don't answer calls. Anyway, they left us to see ships.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri duas cotas de consórcio, na tentativa de fazer um bom negócio. Infelizmente foi um dos piores negócios da minha vida. Péssimo atendimento por telefone, péssimo atendimento no balcão no prédio da Liberdade, e o toda a tratativa durante o pagamento do bem é horrível, um sistema engessado, uma simples transferência de veículos dura cerca de 15 dias corridos, sem contar que cobram taxa de todos os lados. NÃO ADQUIRAM CONSÓRCIO DESTA EMPRESA. A BUROCRACIA DO MUNDO INTEIRO ESTÁ NESTE NOME, REMAZA. Péssima empresa!
I acquired two consortium shares, in an attempt to make a good deal. Unfortunately it was one of the worst deals of my life. Bad service by phone, bad service at the counter in the Liberdade building, and the whole deal during the payment of the goods is horrible, a plastered system, a simple transfer of vehicles lasts about 15 calendar days, not to mention that they charge everyone's fee the sides. DON'T ACQUIRE A CONSORTIUM FROM THIS COMPANY. BUROCRACY OF THE WORLD IS IN THIS NAME, REMAZA. Bad company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior negócio da minha vida. Mil vezes melhor entrar em um financiamento do que nessa armadilha. As parcelas do meu consórcio aumenta todo mês já tô pagando o dobro dó que eu pagava no início já tentei fazer acordo mas eles não aceitam nada. Estou me sentindo enganado e roubado. Quem está pensando em fazer o consórcio com eles não caiam nessa.
Worst deal of my life. A thousand times better to get into financing than this trap.
