Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento da vendedora Vanessa que me atendeu super bem. Como foi online ela foi muito paciente, prestativa, atenciosa. Sempre que precisei tirar dúvidas me esclareceu. E gostaria de prestar a minha gratidão também ao Yuri que também foi super bacana ,levou minha mercadoria até minha residência, levou de volta até a loja para trocar por não ter servido.
Sempre que eu precisar já sei pôr quem procurar. E indico muito esta dupla. Pôr mais vendedores assim.Deus os abençoe sempre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento e todas as 2 vezes que comprei os produtos constance tive problemas com a qualidade deles. Comprei uma bolsa de couro e em menos de 2 meses ela já está saindo a cor e com sinais de desgaste no couro. A outra compra que fiz tem há um tempo a trás foi de uma sandália que em menos de 1 mês de uso ela teve seu elástico relaxado e a parte da "Palmilha" descolou. Quanto ao atendimento esperei muito tempo para a compra, pois o modelo que eu queria não tinha na loja e o que tinha estava com defeito, tive que esperar a atendente fazer a solicitação do produto para depois buscá-lo na loja.
I didn't like the service and every 2 times I bought constance products I had problems with their quality. I bought a leather bag and in less than 2 months it is already coloring and showing signs of wear on the leather. The other purchase I made some time ago was a sandal that in less than 1 month of use had its elastic relaxed and the "Insole" part came off. As for customer service, I waited a long time for the purchase, as the model I wanted didn't have in the store and the one I had was defective, I had to wait for the attendant to request the product and then pick it up at the store.

Minhas sapatilhas e rasteirinhas tem perdido qualidade nos dois primeiros meses, tenho cuidado com elas e mesmo assim, é impressionante a facilidade de descascar a parte interna e externa. Além de estar insatisfeita e perdendo dinheiro ao meu ver, não vale mais a pena comprar os produtos.
I love the Constance chain of stores but, unfortunately, it has left something to be desired in terms of Quality. My sneakers and flats have been losing quality in the first two months, I'm careful with them and even so, the ease of peeling the inside and outside is impressive. In addition to being dissatisfied and losing money in my view, the products are no longer worth buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho avaliar com uma estrela pq não a outra opção de avaliação, pois todas a d que preciso fazer uma troca nessa rede sempre saio no prejuízo com eles principalmente na loja do shopping Cabral, não recomendo pois comprei uma sandália minha esposa dias das mães eles como sempre não atendem as trocas colocando sempre algum problema na trocas como cliente está errado ,fica aqui minha indignação como cliente , não recomendo péssimo ....
