★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar registrado o péssimo atendimento de vocês e não foi a primeira vez. Ganhei uma sandália de presente e fui trocar. Além de ser mal atendida, a troca não foi feita, porque disseram que era produto de liquidação e sem direito a troca. Procurei em toda a loja onde teria essa informação de que produto de liquidação não teria troca e não havia a informação. Muito menos nada que comprovasse que a sandália era de liquidação.
Disse que ia reclamar com o SAC e a resposta das 2 vendedoras na loja, foi que eu podia reclamar onde eu quizesse.
Não compro mais e vou avisar a todos: não me presenteiem com nada da Constance. Prefiro que façam uma doação no mesmo valor do presente pra uma pessoa que necessite.
I want to record your poor service and it was not the first time. I got a sandal as a gift and went to change it. In addition to being poorly attended, the exchange was not made, because they said it was a liquidation product and without the right to exchange. I looked throughout the store where I would have this information that the clearance product would not be exchanged and there was no information. Much less anything to prove that the sandal was a sale.
I said I was going to complain to the SAC and the answer from the 2 saleswomen in the store was that I could complain wherever I wanted.
I don't buy any more and I'll warn everyone: don't give me anything from Constance. I prefer that you make a donation in the same amount as the gift for a person in need.
