★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa irresponsável,moro no condominio Grenn Life Morgouveia ,que em 2018 a Constel ,usou os apartamentos que estavam para vender e votou para retirar o sindico que estava fazendo um ótimo trabalho ,tendo inclusive reduzido o valor do condomínio,agora depois de 1 ano com o sindico da Constel o condomínio só andou para trás e tivemos hoje 14/08/2019 um aumento de 19% na taxa condominial , portanto não recomendo essa empresa para nenhum pessoa.
Irresponsible company, I live in the condominium Grenn Life Morgouveia, which in 2018 Constel, used the apartments that were to sell and voted to remove the union that was doing a great job, and even reduced the value of the condominium, now after 1 year with Constel's union condominium only walked backwards and today we had 14/08/2019 a 19% increase in the condominium rate, so I do not recommend this company to anyone.
