Pois bem, somos clientes a anos. A pouco tempo, fomos fazer uma compra parcelada a qual não podemos fazer devido a uma restrição no CPF do meu marido no valor de R$ 21,09. Diante do tempo e de todo material que já compramos aí, caberia no MÍNIMO uma ligação para avisar/lembrar o cliente desse débito que na correria do dia a dia realmente acabou esquecendo, levando em consideração que todas as outras compras foram pagas sempre em dia ou com antecedência.
Para quitação dessa dívida, meu marido se dirigiu a empresa. Como já tinham enviado para cartório, foi necessário que fizessem uma carta de anuência para pagamento e apresentação da mesma no cartório. Pagamento esse que agora de R$ 21,09 , contando com juros e taxas foi para quase R$ 50,00.
Na última sexta-feira meu marido se deslocou de SJC para fazer esse pagamento no cartório e foi surpreendido com: A carta de anuência emitida por vocês estava errada. Protestaram o nome dele em um CNPJ e fizeram a carta de anuência em outra. Ou seja, resumo de desgaste, tempo, dinheiro e dia de serviço perdido.
Espero que nesses 20 anos que tanto mencionam nos comentários, possam compreender que atitudes como essa perdem clientes. Clientes esses que pagam o salário dos funcionários e ajudou até hoje a empresa chegar onde chegou. Clientes esses que divulgam a empresa. Clientes esses que prezavam pela preferência até esse triste descaso.

Last Friday my husband moved from SJC to make this payment at the notary's office and was surprised by: Your letter of consent was wrong. They protested his name on one CNPJ and made the letter of consent on another. Ie summary of wear, time, money and day of service lost.
I hope these 20 years that both mentioned in the comments, can understand that such attitudes lose customers. Those customers who pay the employees salary and helped the company to this day get to where it arrived. Customers who advertise the company. Clients who prized preference until this sad neglect.

Um cliente já havia reclamado sobre isso, porém na ocasião achei estranho, mas aconteceu comigo.
Espero que não seja normal, pois se for, vou comprar em outro local.
No Cardoso o atendimento é 10!, Além de ter maior variedade.
