★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem bons preços, mas o estresse que tive com a entrega não valeu a pena. O caminhão quebrou e simplesmente disseram que não havia nada que eles pudessem fazer. Tive outros 2 acordos com o prazo de entrega e nenhum foi cumprido. Fiquei com obra parada e prejuízo financeiro. Liguei 3 vezes e pedi para falar com o gerente e não me atendeu nenhuma vez. Infelizmente não arrisco mais comprar aqui.
 The store has good prices, but the stress I had with delivery was not worth it. The truck broke down and they simply said there was nothing they could do. I had another 2 agreements with the delivery deadline and none was fulfilled. I stayed with work stopped and financial loss. I called 3 times and asked to speak to the manager and he didn't answer me once. Unfortunately I don't risk buying here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam um produto avariado, antes de conferir no estoque. Perceberam a falha no ato da entrega, após pagamento. Ao invés de devolverem meu dinheiro, me fizeram perder mais tempo esperando por um entrega prometida como resolução do problema. Não entregaram no mesmo dia, como combinado.
Não recomendo o atendimento de Juliana Mancini responsável por esta lambança!
They sold me a broken product, before checking it in stock. They realized the flaw in the act of delivery, after payment. Instead of returning my money, they made me waste more time waiting for a promised delivery as a solution to the problem. They did not deliver on the same day, as agreed.
I do not recommend the care of Juliana Mancini responsible for this mess!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal atendido, o produto que eu queria era um que estava no panfleto, porém disseram que não tinha, vale lembrar que era um panfleto do mesmo dia da visita ao local, fora isso a atendente não sabia os prazos de entrega e não perguntou nem o meu nome nem da minha mãe que estava comigo quando cheguei, foi muito grosseira, demonstrou total falta de interesse com a minha compra, por um momento nos deixou de lado para falar com outro cliente que ela supostamente deve ter visto mais "potencial". Me senti frustrado, era pra ter levado 3 produtos, levei apenas 2 mais baratos e o restante que vou precisar comprar com certeza não será lá. Acho que entusiasmo, energia e educação cabem em qualquer profissão, principalmente uma vendedora que lida com pessoas.

Desculpe vc esta enganado ela apenas mostrou o modelo de vcs que está no panfleto e não se deu nem ao trabalho de mostrar os outros vários modelos que vcs tem na loja, outro ponto ela disse uns 7 dias depois uns 10 dias depois uns 20 dias ou seja não sabia o prazo correto, eu pedi uma confirmacao e cada hora ela ligava pra alguém que tambem não sabia nada com precisão e não ajudava em nada e eu não comprei para evitar transtornos.
Acho que falta treinamento, perderam uma venda por não tentarem entender nossa necessidade e nem virar o produto. Sabe a sensação que fica? Que ela não nos mostrou nada a mais pq achou que não tínhamos dinheiro pra pagar. Perderam vários clientes.
I was poorly served, the product I wanted was one that was in the flyer, but they said there was no neither my name nor my mother who was with me when I arrived, it was very rude, showed total lack of interest in my purchase, for a moment left us aside to talk to another customer that she supposedly must have seen more "potential". I felt frustrated, I was supposed to take 3 products, I only took 2 cheaper ones and the rest I will need to buy will definitely not be there. I think enthusiasm, energy and education fit any profession, especially a salesperson who deals with people.

Sorry you're wrong she just showed the model of you guys that is in the flyer and she didn't even bother to show the other various models you have in the store, another point she said about 7 days later about 10 days later about 20 days or whether I didn't know the correct deadline, I asked for a confirmation and every time she called someone who also didn't know anything precisely and didn't help at all and I didn't buy to avoid inconvenience.
I think they lack training, they lost a sale because they didn't try to understand our need or turn the product around. Do you know how it feels? That she didn't show us anything else because she thought we didn't have the money to pay. They lost several customers.

The service with Silmara was great, but they sold me the bricks, most of them all broken... and to help unload the manhole cover, I don't recommend it
