Estou decepcionada com a péssima qualidade no assentamento das cerâmicas, sujeira na obra, danos causados no meu apartamento, minha varanda esta completamente suja com respingos de tinta e massa, pedras de granito danificadas.
 MARINO MARINE CONDOMINIUM - Rua Nunes Valente 136, APT 503 - ENGETERRA has abandoned the work. I am disappointed by the poor quality of the tile laying, dirt on the job, damage to my apartment, my balcony is completely soiled with paint and grease, damaged granite stones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, ninguém quer resolver ou pelo menos esclarecer o desastre do resultado da reforma no Marino Marine, Nunes Valente 136 Meireles. A Sra. síndica, bem no seu estilo, qualifica o serviço com comentários extremamente fora da realidade querendo agradar a uma firma que se esquiva a dar esclarecimentos concretos, esta realidade pode ser comprovada com a insatisfação de TODOS, sim TODOS os proprietários dos apartamentos. Esperamos em vão, na última assembleia a um representante da Engeterra para esclarecimentos....y claro, não apareceu ninguém, pois deve ser aterrador enfrentar um bando de proprietários furiosos sem soluções imediatas. Só nos resta pensar que a Sra síndica quer defender interesses próprios e não os dos proprietários que certamente juntos podemos resolver isto.

We waited in vain, at the last meeting, for a representative from Engeterra for clarification .... and of course, no one came, as it must be terrifying to face a bunch of furious landowners without immediate solutions. We can only think that Mrs. liquidator wants to defend her own interests and not those of the owners, that together we can certainly solve this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou Sindica de um condomínio no bairro Meirelis e estamos realizando uma obra com a empresa Engeterra desde agosto /17. Obra grande de restauração de fachada e nesse período tudo vem correndo bem, de forma organizada e de acordo com as programações . Pequenos problemas ocorrem , natural de qualquer reforma , mas a empresa sempre foi rápida e resolutiva em todas as solicitações . Decidimos fechar a realização da nossa obra com essa empresa , Engeterra, pelas ótimas referências que tivemos em outros prédios . Até o presente momento , dou nota 10 e indico!
I am a union member of a condominium in the Meirelis neighborhood and we have been carrying out a work with the company Engeterra since August / 17. Large facade restoration work and during this period everything has been going well, in an organized way and according to the schedules. Small problems occur, natural to any reform, but the company has always been quick and resolute in all requests. We decided to close the realization of our work with this company, Engeterra, due to the excellent references we had in other buildings. So far, I give a score of 10 and I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de péssima qualidade, obra sem acompanhamento, sem cronograma, obra totalmente abandonada, obra suja, sujaram os guarda corpos das vareandas com textura . Ed. Marino Marine na rua Nunes Valente 136 Apto 201- Meireles, podem constatar vendo pessoalmente. Não sei porque a síndica do nosso condominio classificou com cinco estrelas, pois a construtora não concluiu a obra. Estranho isso, será que tem algo que ainda não sabemos?
Não contrataria essa construtora para nada.
Poor quality service, unattended work, no schedule, totally abandoned work, dirty work, the balconies of the vareandas got dirty with texture. Ed. Marino Marine at Rua Nunes Valente 136 Apto 201- Meireles, you can see it in person. I don't know why the manager of our condominium rated it five stars, because the construction company has not completed the work. Strange that, is there something we still don't know?
I wouldn't hire this construction company for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa Engeterra fez um contrato com o condomínio onde não estipulava prazo e qualidade dos serviços, talvez por isso não executou um serviço de qualidade conforme as Normas técnicas exigem. Não foi feito teste nos rebocos existentes, a "recuperação" da ferragem não aconteceu, fato que pode ser observado em qualquer ponto da fachada. Tivemos grande perda de material cerâmico pelo fato da construtora não fazer a regularização dos rebocos. Obra não concluída. Nunes Valente 136, apto. 604.
The Engeterra company entered into a contract with the condominium where it did not stipulate deadlines and quality of services, perhaps that is why it did not perform a quality service as required by the Technical Standards.
