★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pós locação, principalmente se for reparos,não respondem mensagem pelo WhatsApp e quando ligamos sempre é a mesma desculpa e nenhum solução é dada nunca.
Só pra constar cobram todo mês uma taxa bancária que sobem sem nem comunicar os inquilinos,não permitem pagar na imobiliária como sempre péssimo atendimento quando chegamos na imobiliária,uma recepcionista amarrada que não consegue atender os clientes que estão na imobiliária e o telefone ficamos um bom tempo esperando. Funcionária Nisa extremamente incompetente e ignorante diz que vai falar com o proprietário e simplesmente não responde não dá um retorno sequer. Já fiz contratos em outras imobiliárias mas nada tão ruim como a sol nascente
Bad post-rental service, especially if it's repairs, they don't respond to WhatsApp messages and when we call it's always the same excuse and no solution is ever given.
Just for the record, they charge a bank fee every month that goes up without even informing the tenants, they don't allow us to pay at the real estate agency as usual, terrible service when we arrive at the real estate agency, a tied up receptionist who can't answer the customers who are at the real estate agency and the phone we get a good time waiting. Extremely incompetent and ignorant employee Nisa says she will talk to the owner and simply doesn't respond and doesn't even give a return. I've done contracts with other real estate companies but nothing as bad as the rising sun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, does not appear licensed, pretty much an empty building with unintelligent secretaries when you come in the front door. Realtor (?) has no identification, dresses like a local. They showed up at my door with uninvited "friend". I did not let them in.
