Porém o atendimento na época(em 2009) era ruim demais, o financeiro e também responsável pelo contrato e entrega das chaves batia o telefone na cara sem respeito algum em 2009.
Really the quality of the material and finish is much better than the PLANO & PLANO (lixoooo and full of lying promise!). However, the service at the time (in 2009) was too bad, the financial officer and also responsible for the contract and handing over the keys would hit the phone in the face without any respect in 2009.

Unparalleled experience, documentation from both the builder and the property 100% up-to-date, it seems that no, but this is one of the most important points for your purchase / financing process to walk without "surprises". Quality of the development / apartment TOP, they thought in the smallest details, everything first. I am totally satisfied, I recommend the builder with his eyes closed.
