★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um imóvel no bairro Vale das Orquídeas tem 2 anos, e até hoje não consegui me mudar pois a casa está com infiltração, fora as rachaduras no muro de divisa com o vizinho. Entramos em contato para resolver o problema, no início foram lá e só passaram uma argamassa nas rachaduras. A infiltração sequer tentaram algum tipo de reparo para sanar. Fizeram um vídeo da laje alegando diversas coisas, inclusive que a manta era diferente da que eles colocaram (?), e assim não tinha garantia por "mau uso".
As rachaduras no muro voltaram, entramos em contato e não respondem mais.
I bought a property in the Vale das Orquídeas neighborhood 2 years ago, and until today I haven't been able to move because the house has infiltration, apart from the cracks in the border wall with the neighbor. We got in touch to solve the problem, at first they went there and just put a mortar on the cracks. The infiltration did not even attempt some sort of repair to remedy. They made a video of the slab claiming several things, including that the blanket was different from the one they put on (?), and so there was no guarantee for "misuse".
The cracks in the wall came back, we contacted them and they no longer respond.
