★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Considerando que comprei um apartamento em 2018, recém construído, e apresentou tantos problemas e não foram resolvidos. O último, foi todo o piso do quarto estourar por falta de argamassa. O prédio se encontra com pedras soltas em todos os andares.
 Terrible. Considering that I bought an apartment in 2018, newly built, and it presented so many problems and they were not solved. The last one was the entire floor of the room bursting due to lack of mortar. The building is found with loose stones on all floors.
