Eu Eliane, esposa do Robson, estava muito desgastada com meu piso antigo e já pensando que iria me estressar com tudo que envolvia na colocação de um novo piso, mas não... tudo foi ao contrário, desde a solicitação de orçamento que foi feito no dia e no mesmo dia já veio o funcionário Sr. Luis fazer o orçamento com muita simpatia e principalmente muito profissionalismo. Fechamos com a empresa e ficamos impressionados com o atendimento, desde a Srta. Brenda excelente profissional, até a montagem, pois recebemos um casal de montadores, Fábio e Lauana que foram muito caprichosos e que fizeram um trabalho lindo, uma montagem impecável. Obrigada a todos e super indico a empresa. Parabéns pela equipe maravilhosa!
 We want to congratulate all the staff that met us at the company. Great professionals. I Eliane, Robson's wife, was very worn out with my old floor and already thinking that I would stress myself with everything involved in putting up a new floor, but no ... everything was reversed from the budget request that was made on the day and the same day the official Mr. Luis make the budget with a lot of friendliness and mainly very professionalism. We closed with the company and were impressed with the service, from Ms. Brenda excellent professional, until the assembly, because we received a couple of assemblers, Fábio and Lauana who were very capricious and who did a beautiful job, an impeccable assembly. Do atendentimento da Natália, a visita do Roniel, e o instalação do Douglas, não temos do que reclamar, execelente atendimento, super atenciosos, educados, respondem todas as perguntas com paciência, explica tudo certinho, respondem na hora, dão a melhor solução. Aqui em casa à experiência até o momento foi excelente . Eu recomendo!
Excellent service. Desde o primeiro contato até a finalização do serviço a empresa cumpre com Ética profissional todas as atividades onde os valores estabelecidos pela empresa são indiscutivelmente seguidos. Os pisos ficaram maravilhosos tanto o piso vinílico instalado na cozinha quanto o piso laminado instalado no restante do apartamento. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima empresa e atendimento, eu havia escolhido outra empresa para fazer meu piso laminado somente pelo valor ter ficado um pouco mais barato, porém tive um péssimo atendimento e não me foi esclarecido muita coisa que futuramente poderia ser um problema. Desde o início na procura de orçamento a Minas Revestimentos me prestou um ótimo atendimento, esclareceu todas minhas dúvidas e me auxiliaram muito no que fazer antes de instalar o piso. O resultado foi maravilhoso, super indico! Agradeço ao instalador (Douglas), o rapaz que fez a visita (Raniel) e a vendedora Brenda que sempre foi muito solícita! Recomendo muito a empresa!!!

Great company and service, I had chosen another company to make my laminate floor just because the price was a little cheaper, but I had a terrible service and I was not clarified much that could be a problem in the future. Since the beginning in the search for a budget, Minas Revestimentos provided me with excellent service, clarified all my doubts and helped me a lot in what to do before installing the floor. The result was wonderful, super recommended! I thank the installer (Douglas), the guy who visited (Raniel) and the saleswoman Brenda, who was always very helpful! I highly recommend the company !!!

Desta forma, tive uma conversa com o gerente Velerson e conseguimos acertar as questões.
Não desisti do serviço e fiquei bem satisfeita com o resultado. O piso ficou lindo e o montador Douglas foi caprichoso e atencioso a detalhes.

My experience with Minas Revestimentos was initially bad, the attendant was rude and there was a divergence of values.
